The holiday weekend crash data report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol was released Tuesday. The report period is from 6:00 p.m. on Friday through 11:00 p.m. on Monday.

The patrol stated that troopers investigated 248 vehicle accidents and reported 112 injuries. Troopers responded to 5 of the seven fatal accidents on Missouri roads throughout the holiday weekend.

The highway patrol also reported 119 arrests for driving while intoxicated, which is down from 147 arrests from last year.

Troopers investigated nine boating crashes and reported seven injuries. There were no boating fatalities reported this year. The patrol arrested 14 people for boating while intoxicated.
