A University of Missouri School of Law graduate and natural-born Missourian, Mr. Harper was passionate about preserving the rights and liberties of Missouri residents and their families. He was well known for always returning phone calls and remaining attentive to his clients no matter what. Mr. Harper passed away in 2016 but the team at Harper, Evans, Hilbrenner & Netemeyer is dedicated to continuing Milt Harper’s legacy of compassionate yet voracious client representation.
