About Keith Wade


Keith Wade is an experienced litigator with a wide array of expertise in a variety of practice areas, including surrogacy law, contracts, real estate, as well as civil and criminal law. Keith is a family law attorney serving clients in the mid-Missouri area.


Keith was raised in the state of Utah and graduated from the University of Utah with a B.A. in Political Science and International Relations.


Keith served for 12 years in the Air National Guard and United States Air Force as an Airborne Cryptologic Linguist and Intelligence Officer. 


After separating from the Air Force, Keith attended law school at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA and spent time as a visiting student at UNLV Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas, NV. While attending Pacific McGeorge, Keith participated in the Elder and Health Law clinic assisting elderly Californians with a variety of issues, including; Elder Financial Abuse Litigation; Probate and Probate Litigation; Social Security, Supplemental Security Income and Income Security Issues; Medicare, In-Home Supportive Services and Health Access Issues; Substitute Decision-Making such as Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, Trusts; Debtor-Creditor, Consumer Protection; Wills, Trusts, and Small Estate Planning.


Before joining Harper, Evans, Hilbrenner & Netemeyer, Keith served as an Assistant Attorney General in the state of Missouri, specializing in Consumer Protection, and as in-house counsel at EquipmentShare, with a focus on contracts and commercial real estate transactions.


In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, hiking with his three Belgian Malinois dogs, traveling, and playing sports including golf, tennis, and pickleball.
